LISA MORGAN

After graduating from Georgetown University Law Center in 1994, Lisa became a licensed attorney in California. Lisa’s legal practice included disputes involving artists, real property, trusts, and decedents’ estates. While practicing law, Lisa became increasingly interested in real estate. Her le gal background provides her the unique ability to understand and focus on the smallest details required for the success of any real estate transaction.

Lisa also holds a California broker’s license and has particular expertise in representing buyers and sellers in residential and income property transactions. Lisa is a multi-million dollar producer at Keller Williams Realty Inc., the fourth-largest real estate franchise company in North America. Due to her exceptional first year performance, Lisa received the prestigious distinction of Rookie of the Year. In 2007, Keller Williams International awarded Lisa its Bronze Medallion for outstanding production in 2006.

Lisa’s diverse background has served her well. She is a tough negotiator and sharp businesswoman, who exceeds the expectations of her clients.
